Since 2005, U. S. Die & Mold has been a part of Manifold and Phalor. Servicing the plastic blown film and pipe industry, we offer cleaning, repair, reconditioning, replating, polishing, and assembly.
Effective die reconditioning maintains high levels of line performance by reducing system backpressure and film lines while maintaining uniform film thickness. Send us individual components or your complete die with cart – we’ll return in like-new condition.
Our company services all brands of dies including, but not limited to, Alpine, Gloucester, Brampton, Kiefel, Reifenhauser, Milacron, W&H, Sano and Davis Standard. Service work is normally accomplished at our plant, but if necessary, can be done at the customer’s site.
